Registrant is solely responsible for reviewing the REGISTRATION SERVICE
PROVIDER Policies on a regular basis. Revisions or modifications to REGISTRATION
SERVICE PROVIDER Policies shall be effective thirty (30) calendar days
after the initial date of posting such revisions or modifications on
REGISTRATION SERVICE PROVIDER's Site and shall apply retroactively as
of the effective date. Registrant's failure to review the REGISTRATION
SERVICE PROVIDER Policies not less frequently than every thirty (30)
days will constitute a breach of this Agreement. REGISTRATION SERVICE
PROVIDER Policies, which Registrant acknowledges and understands may
be changed or modified by REGISTRATION SERVICE PROVIDER from time to
time, are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. By Registrant's
use of the Domain Name following the effective date of any revision of

by such revisions of or modifications to REGISTRATION SERVICE PROVIDER
Policies. In the event Registrant does not wish to be bound by a revision

agent is authorized to bind Registrant hereto and that it has fully and
thoroughly advised Registrant of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
